Our hospital is equipped with cutting-edge technology, amazing support, and a great hospitalist team that works side by side with the intensivist team to provide optimal patient care and ensure the appropriate care is provided by the appropriate provider at the appropriate time. At UNC Health Wayne, you will work with enthusiastic and knowledgeable critical care-trained advanced practitioners, along with an entire hospitalist team collaborating to ensure the best possible care is provided to our critically ill patients. You will also have the support of an Intensive Care director with over 30 years of experience who ensures your voice is heard.

Our documentation is standardized throughout the inpatient setting, collaboratively created by intensivist and hospitalist leaders, making transitions of care more informative, efficient, and easier to digest.
