The position involves a hybrid work model, with occasional onsite collaboration in the Seattle or Portland area. This is a project-based opportunity with the potential for future assignments, requiring close coordination with key stakeholders to ensure messaging is impactful and accessible.
Deliverables
Develop a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the disabled community, emphasizing accessibility and inclusivity.
Create engaging video content and supporting materials for use by influencers and advocates.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content aligns with campaign goals and product messaging.
Identify and engage with relevant influencers and organizations to amplify campaign reach.
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.
Ensure all content meets accessibility standards and is suitable for diverse audiences.
Requirements
Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably within advocacy or healthcare sectors.
Strong video production and editing skills, with a portfolio demonstrating impactful campaigns.
Deep understanding of accessibility best practices and sensitivity to the needs of the disabled community.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with influencer outreach and partnership development.
Availability for occasional onsite meetings in the Seattle or Portland area.
Ability to manage project timelines and deliver high-quality work within set deadlines.
