Accounts Payable Supervisor

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor for a temporary role.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full-cycle accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments

Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies

Supervise and mentor AP staff, providing guidance and performance feedback

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience as an AP Supervisor or Manager

Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred

Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
