Behavior Technician (ABA Therapy)

Location : Morristown, NJ

Setting : Center-Based / Home Based

Schedule : Flexible / Per Diem

Compensation : $24-$32 per hour

Job Summary :

Flywheel Centers is seeking compassionate, motivated Behavior Technicians to join our center-based team in Morristown, NJ. As a Behavior Technician, you will provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in a structured clinical environment. Working under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will help implement individualized treatment plans designed to reduce challenging behaviors and build essential communication, social, and daily living skills.

This is a flexible, per diem position ideal for individuals interested in early intervention, developmental therapy, or growing their career in the behavioral health field. Whether you are just getting started or have previous ABA experience, our team will support your growth and professional development every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver 1 : 1 ABA therapy in a center-based setting

Implement treatment goals created by a supervising BCBA

Collect data and maintain accurate session notes

Participate in team meetings and training

Support each child's progress in communication, play, behavior, and independence

Maintain professionalism and follow clinical protocols

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be at least 18 years old

Personal means of transportation

Prior experience working with children required

ABA experience preferred but not required

Strong communication skills, a patient and organized demeanor, and a desire to learn
