- Assess acceptability of plans of correction\n
- Conduct follow-up visits and monitoring surveys\n
- Assist with facility and bureau training\n\nQualifications\n
- Must have an Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing\n
- Successful completion of CMS's Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT\n
- At least two years of recent experience as a surveyor\n
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)\n\nEducation Requirements\n
