Job description

A prominent retail client of Insight Global is seeking a Tier 2 Support Specialist to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. As a Tier 2 Support Specialist, responsibilities include responding to inbound messages regarding work orders, troubleshooting reported events across, and coordinating service with technicians, store management, and internal stakeholders.

This role is long term, fully onsite, and compensates $20-25 / hour depending on years of experience and skillset. If you have a background in Tier 2 / 3 IT support, customer support, and are looking to join a strong team culture, apply today!

Required Skills / Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in technical help desk support
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Suite
  • Experience with ticketing systems, triage, and work order priority

Shifts

  • Shift A (Early) : 06 : 00AM – 03 : 00PM
  • Shift B (Swing) : 01 : 00PM – 10 : 00PM
  • Night Shift : Trained during day / swing and will transition to 10 : 00PM–08 : 00AM permanent night shift at Week 8 (12 / 8 / 25)
