Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Position Available : Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location : Dolton, IL
Schedule : 32.5 hours / week
Start Date : Upcoming school year
Student Population : Early childhood, self-contained setting

Were looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join a self-contained early childhood program in Dolton, Illinois. This role offers a consistent, full-time schedule and the opportunity to work with a close-knit team of professionals supporting students with diverse communication needs.
As the onsite SLP, youll lead therapy sessions, conduct evaluations, participate in IEP development, and serve as a vital team member in shaping each student's educational journey. The caseload focuses on early learners who benefit from structured, supportive programming and individualized speech-language services.
What Youll Do :
Deliver direct therapy aligned with students IEP goals
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and eligibility reviews
Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service staff
Support communication development across school and home settings
Qualifications :
Illinois SLP license and PEL with speech endorsement required
Experience working in early childhood and / or special education settings is preferred
Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
