Coverage Dates : July - Ongoing (as soon as credentialed) Type of Patients / Cases : Ortho, general, plastics, trauma, hearts, heads, peds, vascular, carotids and OB Patients per Day / Volume : varies EMR : Epic Support Staff : MD Type of Care Model (Care Team of Independent) : Medical direction Care Team : 1 : 3 APRN or RN : RN only state Experience Required : 2 years CRNA experience Requirements : Minimum length of commitment : Any availability Credentialing Timeframe : 45-60 days Temps Available?
