The starting pay for this position is $19.44 an hour with an additional $2 an hour shift differential for nights. We currently offer a $600 signing bonus for 6 months of successful performance and attendance.

Job Summary :

The machine operator is responsible for machine operation and inspection to ensure smooth production flow. Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Production experience is desirable

Physical Demands :

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to walk, sit, stand, use hands to manipulate, handle, and feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is required to reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl. Must be able to talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift / or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to auto-focus.

Work Environment :

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is in a controlled physical environment protected from the weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level in the work environment is minimal.
