About ClearBridge Investments

ClearBridge Investments is an active equity manager offering a broad range of strategies across global developed and emerging markets, local markets, and real assets. The firm manages more than $200 billion as of September 30, 2025.

ClearBridge Investments has been named by Pensions & Investments Magazine (P&I) as one of the Best Places to Work in Money Management for the thirteenth year in a row. These awards reflect the Firm's diverse and inclusive culture, spirit of collaboration, work/life balance and our ongoing investment in our employees.

  • Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations, translating complex technical findings into clear, non-technical business recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Support: Partner closely with QA engineers, analysts, product managers, and executive teams to understand data requirements and assist with data-related technical issues.
  • Data Quality and Governance: Implement quality checks, validation rules, monitoring, and alerting systems to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all data assets.
  • Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot and optimize data storage and retrieval processes and SQL queries for maximum performance and cost efficiency.
  • Documentation and Best Practices: Document data pipelines, schemas, and business logic, and advocate for best practices in data engineering and data governance.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3-5+ years in data engineering or related roles, with proven data analysis experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in technical fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
  • Experience working within the Asset Management industry preferred.
