Job description6+ years of HRIS / Payroll experience with at least 2 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM - Payroll.Strong functional understanding of EPC workforce complexities - including labor classification, site-specific compensation, and compliance issues.Hands-on experience with payroll configuration, fast formulas, HDL / HSDL, costing, retro pay, and statutory reporting.Experience working with Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), project costing integrations, and site-based time capture tools.
