Overview

The Advanced Practice Manager plays a pivotal role in the efficient operation of a physician practice. This individual oversees various administrative and operational functions to ensure the smooth functioning of the practice. They are responsible for managing caregivers, financial activities, patient relations, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Experience : Minimum of 3 years of healthcare or supervisor experience. Bachelor's degree may be accepted in lieu of experience. Required Education : High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred Education : Bachelor's Degree Other : Leadership : Ability to inspire and motivate caregivers to achieve practice goals. Problem-solving : Capacity to identify issues and implement effective solutions. Communication : Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. Teamwork : Ability to collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and other stakeholders. Time Management : Efficiently prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities. Adaptability : Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and environments.
