We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Controller to join our team in the construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced, growth-oriented company. The Permanent Controller will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of our construction projects, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, certified payroll, compliance, and P&L. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles and the ability to apply them in a construction environment.

Job Details

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations of our construction projects, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, certified payroll, compliance, and P&L.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support project goals and improve profitability.
• Prepare and present financial reports to management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in the construction industry.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Manage and mentor financial staff, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Participate in the development of strategic plans, providing financial insights and recommendations.
