Job Description
Summary : Provides Course Content Design Development while working closely with clients to conceptualize, design, and develop highly interactive learning solutions (e-learning, instructor-led training, blended solutions) that target learning objectives and improve performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Provides program and course design and development.
Assists with Diagnostic and Analysis projects and the creation of High Level scoping documents.
Writes course design documents, learning objectives, course content, scenarios, media scripts, practice activities, and assessments.
Assists with Alpha, Beta, and Pilot tests or other course formative evaluations. Analyzes feedback with the clients and Subject Matter Experts, and adjusts the training as required.
Delivers projects efficiently so that tasks are completed on time, problems are anticipated or resolved quickly, and team members have clear project requirements and schedules to work to.
Writes practice activities and assessments based on course learning objectives.
Develops and evaluates learning plans and objectives.
Works cross-functionally with creative and technical departments to build client solutions.
Works on 2D / 3D media, flash animations / scripting and video.
Focuses on the business needs and activities, challenges and objectives including time allocation for task / projects.
Maintains a strong relationship with team members, department managers, customers and suppliers at all times.
Supports the department manager in scheduling, tasking, and project management.
Interacts with customers as necessary.
