Creighton University in Omaha, NE is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven leader to serve as the inaugural Director of the Clinical Education Onboarding and Assistance Hub, a newly established initiative supporting university compliance and onboarding.
This pivotal role will lead a cross-functional team of five and foster collaboration among academic departments, clinical partners, and administrative units to streamline compliance and contract management. The Director will play a central role in building relationships, shaping policies and procedures, and driving strategic initiatives that support faculty, staff, and students in preparation for clinical education and / or practice.
This is a full-time role working on campus. Salary range : 80-95,000 annually plus excellent benefits to include 403b with up to 7% match, robust time off.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development, implementation, and assessment of department activities, policies, and procedures.
Oversee contract workflows in collaboration with academic and clinical departments, ensuring clarity, compliance, and alignment with institutional standards.
Manage a cross-functional team across multiple campus locations, ensuring consistency in compliance, communication, and onboarding practices while adapting workflows to site-specific needs.
Understand immunization processes and CDC guidelines; track clinical partner requirements to support onboarding and compliance alignment.
Coordinate with academic and clinical departments to support accreditation and compliance monitoring, ensuring onboarding practices meet regulatory expectations and reflect pre-clinical and clinical standards.
Design and manage data systems for reporting, strategic planning, and compliance; oversee auditing processes and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
Serve as the primary liaison for compliance and background check vendors; facilitate centralized communication across academic and clinical partners to ensure transparency and timely updates.
Engage leadership and advisory committees in strategic planning and onboarding priorities under direction of senior leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; background in health science preferred.
5+ years of experience working in compliance and or contracts.
Understanding medical terminology and professional healthcare licensure is highly desirable.
Must be highly skilled in developing relationships and managing a team.
Proficient in Office 365 suite and adaptability to technology platforms.
