We are currently in search of a Principal Product Manager to oversee our Financing offerings. This role is integral to our operations, requiring a candidate who can effectively manage multiple projects, and make critical decisions regarding partnerships, costs, pricing, and methods related to financing solutions.

As the Owner of our Financing products, you will be responsible for crafting flawless, secure financing experiences that distinguish us from our competitors. You will steer product initiatives from inception to market debut, ensuring they cater to market requirements and offer concrete advantages to our customers. This role presents an unparalleled opportunity to employ industry-standard practices and your own innovative thought process to improve our customers' access to financing and augment ServiceTitan's offerings.

What You'll Do :

• Guide the vision and roadmap for our Financing products, understanding customer and consumer needs, and translating these into product capabilities.
• Develop industry-leading Financing offerings, processes, and optimization capabilities.
• Represent ServiceTitan as a domain and product expert in customer interactions and online community.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver an exceptional product experience, with a focus on quality.
• Drive product success and adoption by coordinating with marketing and GTM teams to create launch plans and campaigns.
• Manage both high-level strategic tasks and hands-on execution, overseeing resource allocation and goal setting.
• Develop a strategic vision for the Financing product portfolio, handling complex issues and implementing strategic policies.
• Take ownership of several products or product areas, establishing operational objectives, and work plans.
• Demonstrate advanced competence in feature lifecycle management areas and influence peers, acting as a mentor within the company.
• Identify and implement team-level improvements to speed up execution, create efficiencies, and shape the GTM approach for multiple areas or products.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $166,500 USD - $222,700 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
