Now Hiring : On-Site Project Manager – Commercial Solar (Southcentral New Mexico)

We are currently seeking an On-Site Project Manager for an upcoming commercial solar project located in Southcentral New Mexico .

Qualifications :

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or legal resident
  • Must be able to pass a federal background check
  • Must hold a valid Electrical Journeyman License
  • Must have reliable transportation and insurance
  • Must possess the tools necessary to complete the job
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized

Core Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate material deliveries and ensure timely arrival to site
  • Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure all work is completed to code, to spec, and on schedule
  • Escort subcontractors and vendors as required on a secure federal facility
  • Submit and manage access pass requests for personnel and deliveries
  • Hold regular on-site meetings with stakeholders to review progress and address issues
  • Maintain and organize all relevant project documentation including :

    • Delivery tickets

  • Delivery logs
  • Daily reports
  • Site photos
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project execution at the site level
