Ozmo is seeking a strategic, collaborative Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist to join our growing team.
As ABM Specialist, you will be focused on executing high-impact ABM campaigns, driving enterprise demand and building engagement within new logo target accounts.
You will report directly to the VP of Marketing and work alongside the Marketing and Sales teams to generate pipeline and create exceptional experiences for enterprise customers.

What you will do :
- Plan, execute and optimize ABM campaigns targeting new logo enterprise accounts, including email, gifting, direct mail, account-level ads and personalized digital experiences.
- Partner with the Events team to create and amplify account-specific experiences, such as VIP dinners, webinars and executive briefings.
- Design and launch highly personalized ads targeting buyers in enterprise accounts, monitoring and optimizing performance and spend.
- Assist in the planning and execution of enterprise-focused events that generate MQLs and deepen engagement with target accounts.
- Collaborate with Demand Gen to ensure ABM campaigns integrate seamlessly with broader pipeline programs.
- Work closely with Content and Product Marketing to develop account-specific messaging and collateral efficiently.
- Monitor, measure and report on campaign performance, account engagement and pipeline influence, providing insights to improve future ABM initiatives.
- Partner with external vendors and platforms as needed to support ABM execution at scale, while managing ABM spend.
- Foster close alignment with Account Executives on account-specific strategies and mentor AEs on ABM best practices.
- Collaborate on team projects and take on additional marketing responsibilities as needed.
What you will bring to the role :
Four or more years of experience in B2B account-based marketing, enterprise demand generation or event-focused marketing.Proven ability to execute multi-channel ABM campaigns that drive engagement and influence pipeline.Experience with key marketing platforms including HubSpot and LinkedIn ads.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across cross-functional teams.Analytical mindset, comfortable using data to inform strategy and optimize campaigns.Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences to enterprise accounts.Ability to travel as needed for ABM-focused events, up to approximately four times per year.Perks of being an Ozmonaut :
