We’re partnering with a U.S.-based company focused exclusively on marketing effectiveness measurement across multiple channels. They’re an independent, fast-growing organization helping brands understand and optimize their marketing performance.

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join their global team. This role spans from entry-level to mid-level responsibilities, and will involve extracting, analyzing, transforming, and reporting sales and marketing data to support decision-making across marketing, product, and client service teams.

What you will do:

• Extract and manipulate data from sales and marketing databases using SQL.
• Design, maintain, and optimize data pipelines (ETL/ELT) for efficient data flow.
• Perform statistical analysis and generate actionable insights for marketing and product teams.
• Build reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions.
• Develop Python scripts for data cleaning, transformation, and automation.
• Explore and analyze datasets to understand structure, relationships, and key variables.
• Take ownership of projects, identify opportunities to improve processes, and ensure high data quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client service to deliver insights on time.
  

Requirements:

• Experience: 1–2+ years as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role.
• SQL: Hands-on experience, including joins, filtering, aggregations, and preferably ETL.
• Python: Basic to intermediate for juniors; intermediate for mid-level (pandas, scripting, pipeline development).
• Excel: Solid skills and strong attention to detail.
• English: Advanced level is a must.
• Mindset: Curious, analytical, proactive, and able to learn quickly.
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, etc.).
• Solid academic background in Statistics, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience designing data models, working with large datasets, and optimizing performance.
