Clinical Shift Schedule : Weekday clinic and hospital coverage
On-Call Shift Schedule : 1 : 3 call rotation

PATIENT INFORMATION
Patient Demographics : Adults requiring kidney care
Dialysis Volume : Approx. 70 patients (50 hemodialysis, 20 peritoneal dialysis)
Case Mix : Chronic kidney disease, dialysis management, inpatient nephrology consultations
ICU : 17-bed open ICU with 24 / 7 eICU support and hospitalist coverage
FACILITY INFORMATION
Dialysis Center : Local 20-chair dialysis center
ICU Coverage : 24 / 7 hospitalist and eICU support
Equipment : CRRT available
Support Staff Available : 1 Physician and 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APRs)

Hospital Privileges Required : Yes
Credentialing Timeline : TBD

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
Hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis patient management
Inpatient nephrology consultation
ICU kidney support including CRRT management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Licenses : Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
Certifications : Board Certified / Board Eligible in Nephrology
Experience : Open to new graduates and experienced nephrologists
Other Qualifications :
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide outpatient and inpatient nephrology services
Oversee dialysis care for HD and PD patients
Collaborate with APRNs and hospital teams
Participate in call rotation (1 : 3)
Contribute to program development and patient-centered care initiatives
