Cento Group is seeking a Pastry Cook to join our growing culinary team. This role will work closely with our pastry chef in producing desserts for Cento Pasta Bar, Cento Raw Bar, and upcoming Cento concepts.
We’re looking for someone with a true passion for craft, consistency, and detail.
Responsibilities
- Assist the pastry chef in daily production of all desserts for Cento Group restaurants
- Prepare, bake, and plate a variety of desserts and pastries with precision and care
- Maintain mise en place and organization of the pastry station
- Follow recipes and portion standards accurately
- Support the development and testing of new desserts and seasonal items
- Uphold food safety and cleanliness standards in compliance with health department guidelines
- Communicate effectively with the culinary and management team to ensure smooth service
- Assist with occasional off-site events and special collaborations
Requirements
