Job Description

Manage and optimize warehouse operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency in inventory management. Develop and implement logistics strategies to streamline transportation and delivery processes. Coordinate with internal teams to align supply chain planning with business objectives. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards in logistics and warehousing activities. Oversee the planning and forecasting of inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking. Train and mentor team members to enhance productivity and operational excellence. Manage supply chain functions including warehouse, shipping, receiving, and planning / scheduling. Oversee inventory accuracy, labor costs, and warehouse efficiency. Coordinate shipments with freight carriers to ensure timely delivery and cost control.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Chain Manager should have :

• A strong background in logistics, warehousing, and supply chain management in manufacturing.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and logistics software. SAP preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage teams effectively.
• A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Knowledge of international shipping terms and customs processes.
• Ability to travel internationally as needed.
