Description and Requirements

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Services Account Manager. As a key member of our services delivery team, you will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights, contributing to informed decision-making across the organization. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity for professional growth in the field of data analysis and Hardware Services.

The Services Account Manager will proactively monitor service cases to identify potential issues and prevent customer escalations. They will work with all the members of the NA Service Delivery team to address issues in the cases they've identified as well as recommend process improvements.

Responsibilities :

Data Analysis : Applying statistical methods and tools to analyze data, identify trends, and uncover valuable insights.

Data Visualization : Creating charts, graphs, and dashboards to present data in an understandable and impactful way.

Report Generation : Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports to communicate key findings to relevant teams and stakeholders.

Collaboration : Working with other team members, including account managers, delivery management, and other stakeholders, to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, data science, statistics or related fields

Proficiency is data analytic tools and strong excel skills

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively and develop strong working relationships across multiple functional organizations, including sales, engineering, services and finance.

Excellent organizational skills - must be a self starter who has the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a demanding and changing environment.

This position is based in Morrisville, NC and operates under a hybrid policy. Onsite presence is required at least 3 days per week.
