Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Controller to oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and bookkeeping within a construction and manufacturing environment. The Controller will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and contribute to strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and bookkeeping.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial statements and reports.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Provide financial analysis and support for strategic planning initiatives.
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance, preparing reports for management.
