Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Clinical Pharmacist role is available in Broken Arrow, OK, with a focus on inpatient hospital and cardiology pharmacy services. This position operates primarily on day shifts from 6 : 30 a.m. to 2 : 30 p.m., including one weekend shift per month. The opportunity offers a supportive environment where patient care is optimized through safe, cost-effective pharmaceutical practices.

Responsibilities include overseeing drug dispensing, managing IV admixture programs, providing drug information, and supervising pharmacy technicians, students, and support staff. This role reports to the Director of Pharmacy and Pharmacy Operations Manager to ensure high-quality pharmaceutical services.

Required Qualifications :

• B.S. or Pharm.D. degree from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy
• Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification for Code Blue participation
