Quality Assurance Manager

We are currently searching for a Quality Assurance Manager for our client an aerospace / defense / aviation company. This position will manage all aspects of quality functions for the value stream including inspection, records, site audits and FAA compliance.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to :

• Provide leadership and direction for QA staff and various levels of inspectors.
• Maintain and improve quality system which ensures compliance to regulatory, customer and corporate requirements.
• As a member of the Value Stream Staff, provides leadership for the strategic direction and improvement of the business.
• Drives improvement in key business metrics including CoPQ, Delivered Quality and Customer Quality Scorecards.
• Leads and coaches relentless root cause corrective action (RCCA) and the effective use of other quality tools in all these areas.
