The primary objective of this position is to lead, drive and design cross-functional global processes, to produce sets of analytics and financials to inform executive decisions. Specifically, this position is responsible for driving the annual Min / Max process, coordinating and leading the financial planning and analysis efforts related to LRP, administration of SOX survey on behalf of Global Commercial, and driving any portfolio alignment across the US and INTL businesses. The incumbent will collaborate cross functionally and cross geographically, designing financial processes, presenting outcomes to senior executives.

Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting. CPA or MBA a plus. 8-12 years of progressive and related experience. Ability to work and thrive in a highly matrixed environment. Strong financial, analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills (oral and written) and ability to influence without direct authority. Self-starter with ability to operate independently, drive multiple processes, identify & implement process improvements, and establish & adjust priorities to achieve objective and operate with speed and agility. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Knowledge of SAP, BPC, & BIP.
The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and the company may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
