We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced UtilityLaborer to join our team. As a Utility Laborer , you will be responsible for the construction, maintenance, and repair of underground utility systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Possess knowledge of underground utilities and pipeline systems
• Operate and maintain various equipment and tools required for excavation, installation, and repair work
• Perform manual labor such as digging with a shovel, loading material, carrying material
• Ability to drive trucks and trailers to transport materials, equipment, and machinery to and from job sites. CDL license is a plus
• Be familiar with or driven to learn how to conduct pressure and leak tests, as well as repairs to maintain system integrity
• Be familiar with or driven to perform fusion of plastic pipes, ensuring secure and reliable connections
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow and project completion
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment by wearing personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Be a team player and understand the job has to get done, so you will do more than your job title, when needed
• Be a problem solver and follow instructions from your supervisor
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments
• Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus
