Must have reliable transportation. Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing policies and procedures. Continuing education as required by the state. Location : Washington State (Spokane, Tacoma, Vancouver, Yakima, Marysville, Wenatchee, Kennewick, Yakima, Olympia, Pasco)
Shift : Flexible working hours / shifts available
Responsibilities :
- Provide care for a patient with a G-tube and vent who requires lifting.
- Ensure outstanding clinical outcomes with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
- Use a company-provided tablet for electronic documentation.
- Conduct clinical assessments, document care, and comply with nursing policies and procedures.
