505 is a 45-story, luxury high-rise residential building, located in the heart of downtown Nashville.

We are looking for the best of the best to join our Maintenance team. Currently seeking to hire an experienced Maintenance Technician. This is a full-time position with great compensation and a full benefits package.

Duties involved with this position in part include :

• Perform Maintenance duties throughout building, common areas, amenity deck, garage and grounds.
• Complete service requests as received.
• Prep units for move-in / move-outs.
• Assist in pool Maintenance duties.
• Support of Management and all Maintenance Staff as needed.

Candidate for this position must be : reliable, people friendly, provide great customer service, work well with others, have pride in job completion, have an eye for detail and possess great organizational skills.

Opportunity to advance to higher position quickly with the right candidate.

Multi-family housing experience preferred but not necessary.

HVAC and CPO certification helpful, but not required.

Willing to be on-call on a rotating schedule. Two weeks on, one month off.
