Key Responsibilities

Accountable for overall team performance through training, coaching, and development of associates

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

4+ years of contact center operations experience required

People and data-driven with strong business acumen

Knowledge of telesales operations preferred

Experience in reaching or exceeding sales goals and objectives
