We’re hiring a Flaker Operator to support our chemical manufacturing process by accurately packaging flaked product, ensuring proper labeling, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment. This role plays a key part in meeting production targets and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Safely load flakes into boxes or bags with precise weights

Label and record container weights accurately

Prepare and maintain containers to meet production needs

Operate forklifts to move materials and products

Perform basic equipment and area safety checks

Assist Chemical Operators as needed to support production

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area

Track production data and follow standard procedures

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or GED required
• Manufacturing or chemical industry experience preferred
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders / stairs, and work in varied conditions
• Forklift experience required; certification preferred
• Able to work independently, multitask, and prioritize effectively
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts, overtime if needed
