Occupational Therapist - Rehab Department, Per Diem Days

Occupational Therapist needed for Inpatient and outpatient areas working with adult population. Rotating weekends required.

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluating, developing, implementing, and documenting a plan of treatment for patients in consultation with the referring provider. In addition, this position has the possibility for supervision of students, if interested.

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university or college required. Master's degree preferred. Valid Vermont State Occupational Therapist license required. National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification preferred.
