Overview

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is integral to delivering exceptional service to clients while supporting the continued growth of the organization. You will manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, focusing on contractors and middle-market clients in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of commercial lines accounts, including quoting, renewing, and servicing policies
• Handle a diverse book of business, primarily focusing on contractors and middle-market accounts
• Collaborate with producers to meet client needs and ensure seamless account management
• Utilize Applied Epic software to manage accounts efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Support the renewal process by preparing quotes and ensuring timely policy renewals
• Maintain a strong understanding of large commercial risk management practices

Qualifications

Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management

Strong organizational and time management abilities
