Marketing Leader

full-time, remote from anywhere in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Management of the marketing calendar
• Coordinating the creation of marketing assets for various campaigns, working with Marketing team
• Writing and proofreading copy for website posts, emails, and other marketing initiatives
• Contributing ideas for content to be used with digital and associated social media channels
• Supports and plans meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists
• Supports communication campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to Commercial Operations team provide instructions for usage and promotion, and is responsible for campaign performance tracking and analytics
• Maintains inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary
• Assists in conducting research on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape, and prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing data
• Supports Commercial Operations Team on RFPs as needed
• Assists in development of all project timelines and budget for US Marketing activities
• Assists in overall management of the marketing budget
• Required to attend industry conferences
