We are seeking a Plant Operator who will be responsible for operating, maintaining and repairing MSKCC Outpatient Facilities building and physical plant machinery / equipment in accordance with required engineering practice.

Role Overview

• Inspect, test, and operate building machinery and equipment to ensure everything runs safely and efficiently.
• Maintain, repair, replace, and install parts of the physical plant equipment.
• Maintains all documents for routine maintenance, service requests and inventory per department policies.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service when responding to requests and inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and secure workspace while properly caring for tools and equipment.
• Ensure the safety of employees and visitors by protecting MSKCC buildings, assets, and premises.
• Adhere to safety and infection control standards set by institutional and regulatory bodies.

Full time Overnight shift 11pm to 7am.

Reporting to the Manager, Plant Operations Facilities Management

Pay Range : $51.59 - $82.57 FSLA Status : Non-Exempt
