Graves delivers quality foodservice products to nursing homes, schools, restaurants, and other foodservice providers throughout the Midwest. We are looking for warehouse workers for our Jefferson City location. This is a wonderful opportunity to be a part of a fast-growing company. This integral position within the organization is responsible for safely and efficiently pulling customer orders from throughout the facility.

POSITION OVERVIEW :

An Order Selector at Graves Foods plays a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely fulfillment of orders in a warehouse environment. This position involves selecting, packing, and shipping products to meet customer orders and maintain inventory levels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Selecting and handling product and palletizing it neatly on pallets
• Identifies items for selection and ensures that once the order is complete and accurate using voice picking system
• Operate a stand up / Reach truck forklift safely and efficiently to transport product
• Maintaining safety and productivity benchmarks is a minimum requirement of the job
• Maintain workspace and equipment in an organized and neat fashion
• Regular, timely attendance as defined by the attendance policy, is a minimum requirement of the job.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
• Other tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS :

Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred but not always required . On-the-job training is often provided.

SCHEDULE : Sunday- Thursday 5p m- 12am + overtime as needed.

COMPENSATION : Starting at - $17.20 / hr
