Key Responsibilities
Oversee and refine leave and accommodations activities, ensuring compliance with regulations
Lead coordination of employee leave programs, applying knowledge of global leave laws
Collaborate with stakeholders to manage complex ADA accommodations and provide expert responses to inquiries
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in managing centralized leaves and accommodations
Experience designing and administering equitable leave programs for diverse populations
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-performance culture
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience with leave tracking HRIS systems and leave vendor management platforms
