Real Estate Paralegal

We're seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join a dynamic in-house legal team supporting a large, multi-jurisdictional real estate portfolio. In this role, you'll work closely with Assistant General Counsels and internal partners to support lease administration, landlord / tenant relations, and general real estate legal operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Interpret and review commercial leases
• Draft letters and agreements related to lease obligations, reimbursements, and landlord performance
• Support dispute resolution between landlords and tenants
• Coordinate with legal, operations, and external parties
• Assist in documenting and implementing real estate best practices
• Manage multiple projects and meet time-sensitive deadlines
• Attend team meetings and contribute to ongoing legal process improvement
