Our team

This is autonomous rural medicine. Join a team of two physicians and three advanced practice providers covering both Tonasket and Oroville clinics.

Position Overview

Were seeking a dedicated family physician who embraces the unique nuances of rural medicine

Team-oriented professional willing to directly supervise APPs

Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families

Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records Four-day work week

Compensation : First year salary guarantee based on MGMA / AMGA median, RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidates qualifications.

Time off : Six weeks of time off for a four-day work week and up to 11 weeks of time off on a five-day work week once in production.

Government site qualified : HPSA Score 16

Relocation expenses covered including packing : up to $20,000

Continuing medical education allowance of $10,000 every two years
