Job descriptionLeadership with competitive drive and the confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. Ability to lead a team, share best practices, and provide customer resolutions. Experience with operational, financial, and performance management. Excellent communication skills with customers and team members. Prior wireless sales experience. What you'll do in your role
- Demonstrate how to help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
- Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
- Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing all store functions, from sales and inventory to new store programs and initiatives.
- Lead by example, selling to find personalized solutions beyond the basic device and service plan, including accessories and Internet of Things (IoT) devices.
- Maintain the store's presentation and operations to be at its best.
