Job descriptionEmployment Type : Full time Shift : Night Shift Description : LPN - Eddy Memorial Geriatric Center in Troy, NY We have an opportunity to develop and grow your nursing career! The team is looking for a LPN to work full time evenings! The team are willing to help train new nurses or those looking to explore a different venture of nursing! Position Highlights : Quality of Life : Where career opportunities and quality of life converge Advancement : Strong orientation program, generous tuition allowance and career development Work / Life : Positions and shifts to accommodate all schedules Responsibilities : Administer nursing care to residents under the direction of a RN Assist with treatments and procedures and carries out selected duties within the framework of the established nursing plan of care Assist in the leadership of a team of CNAs What you will need : Valid NYS LPN license 1 year of experience as a LPN, but willing to help train the right candidate to further their skills Ability to communicate effectively in a fast pace work environment Ability to engage within a team setting Passion to learn, grow and develop in the nursing field Pay Range : $24.00 - $30.10 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
