Job descriptionSalary : $515,000.00 to $650,000.00 Based on Experience Comprehensive benefits package - health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and more Great PTO, Vacation, and sick time Base salary that continues beyond the first contract term, wRVU bonus, loan assistance, signing bonus, relocation, CME stipend Loan support during or following training (your choice of monthly, quarterly or annual stipend) Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF) qualifying employer Otolaryngologist - ENT Location : Findlay, OH (40mins from Toledo) Welcome residents, fellows and experienced physicians Robust medical and surgical subspecialty support (Allergy, Endocrinology, Neurosurgery, etc.) Onsite, comprehensive audiology team with 3 audiologists and 2 audiology technicians Advanced practice providers take practice and hospital primary call, physicians only take backup call 24-hour in-house hospitalist service available for ER admissions and medical management of common ENT conditions Surgery block time in three OR locations (Blanchard Valley Hospital, Bluffton Hospital and the Findlay Surgery Center) Very wide referral base with little surrounding competition - be as busy as you want to be and perform the cases you want to do! Average of 25-30 patients / day in clinic with emphasis on full-service, comprehensive ENT care Schedule is typically 3 days in clinic and 2 days in OR per week, but physicians have significant input into their practice patterns, schedules and patient volumes Four da Vinci® Xi™ Surgical Robots with da Vinci® Table Motion Opportunity to provide and receive mentorship Board Certified / Board Eligible Otolaryngologist ENT Ability to hold an Ohio State License Nice and Quaint Wealthy Town of 40k people Several large employers in / near Findlay : Marathon Petroleum, Goodyear, Whirlpool, Ball, etc Overall, living in Findlay is about 6–13% cheaper than the U.S. average. Events, trails, preserving heritage through things like the Barn Quilt Trail, StoryWalk, Not far from larger metro areas, yet far enough to avoid big-city stress 8 universities / colleges in the area
