- The anticipated salary range for this position is $74,900.00 - $139,100.00 USD. Actual compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, education, and location.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver comprehensive support for the JDA / Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System, including writing MOCA commands, updating policies, and system configuration.Provide support for the JDA / Blue Yonder Integrator to manage interfaces with multiple warehouse automation systems.Maintain a collaborative partnership with the Warehouse Operations team to enhance efficiency through innovative technology.Configure warehouse systems and manage interface setups for new customer implementations.Work closely with 3rd Party software providers and consultants to implement system upgrades and modifications.Conduct thorough testing of all new code, configurations, and interfaces.Communicate system-related issues, changes, and upgrades effectively to the 3PL business teams.Follow the SDLC and change management processes in alignment with ISO Standards and compliance with CFR 21, Part 11.Coordinate efforts with employees, vendors, customers, and other partners to ensure successful project completion.Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost savings.Support the QA team with testing tasks as necessary.Assist in compliance efforts for CFR 21, Part 11 when required.Recognize emerging technologies and apply them to solve critical business challenges.Perform additional duties as assigned.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a related field (such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Data Analytics, Information Security).Two or more years of experience in systems development.Prior project experience in manufacturing and / or distribution environments is highly preferred.Any combination of education and experience that fulfills the above requirements will also be considered.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
Technical proficiency across a broad range of technology fields, including n-tier development, Java, HTML, XML, Enterprise Application Integration (especially MQ series), relational databases, application servers, and security services.Proficient in writing and supporting complex SQL code.Knowledge of DC Operations.Exceptional communication skills, able to explain complex technical issues in layman's terms for business teams.Familiarity with healthcare and healthcare distribution is a plus.Experience in development processes including requirements gathering, analysis, design, tool and technology selection, version control, testing methodologies, and deployment management.Self-starter with the ability to work independently.If you believe this opportunity aligns with your career goals, we encourage you to apply.
