Attorney

Woodland Hills personal injury mid-size trial law firm is seeking a litigation attorney with a minimum of 1 year of experience (Plaintiff and / or Defense) working in the personal injury field. We are looking for an in-office associate with a working knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and practices who is driven and motivated to succeed. For this position, we are willing to train the right candidate if there is no prior trial experience as long as there is a desire to excel. Our firm is team oriented, fast-paced, demanding and very rewarding. Our litigation department is designed around a team structure. Each attorney is teamed up with a dedicated paralegal and support staff. Each team will be required to participate in round table discussions and case reviews on a regular basis. Case load ranges from 40 to 60 cases ranging in value. In addition to the assigned case load, attorneys are offered the opportunity to assist and participate in trials within our department.

Qualifications :

• Must be an attorney licensed in California and in good standing without any pending disciplinary action
• At least 1 year of Attorney Personal Injury experience
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills. Excellent oral and written communication abilities. Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and client-focused. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Candidate must be eager to learn, grow and perform responsibilities to the best of their ability, and strive to excel.
• Must be able to work in a team environment

What We Offer :

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year (This is dependent on attorney's years in PI practice and trial experience).
