• Position Overview

We are seeking one Attorney to join our growing team in the following area(s) :

• Litigation

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years experience in their respective practice areas and a desire to contribute to a collaborative and growing firm. Experience in any of the firm’s additional practice areas, including real estate litigation, elder law, business law, employment law, wills trusts and estates is valued, but not required.

• Key Responsibilities
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and memorandums of law, etc.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and administrative hearings.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and develop effective case strategies.
• Provide personalized counsel and maintain strong client relationships.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm’s disciplines.
• Stay informed of legal developments relevant to your practice area.
• Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar and in good standing.
• Significant experience in the following practice areas : Commercial and Civil Litigation (4+ years preferred)
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with legal research platforms (e.g., Westlaw).
• Experience in our other practice areas if a plus.

Pay : $95,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
