Customer Service Representative

We are looking for another dedicated person to join us. We have an immediate opening for a full time Customer Service Representative (5:00am-1:30pm). If you have a passion for excellence and would like to join one of Santa Barbara Countys top employers then wed like to talk to you.

The Customer Service Representative provides customers with product availability pricing and delivery information; responds to general inquiries from customers; calls customers and sales personnel to provide updated information; manages time properly and prioritizes responsibilities to complete day-to-day tasks; takes on any additional functions related to customer service; adheres to high ethical standards of business in all aspects of the job but especially toward customers. Advanced level skills in Microsoft Word and/or Excel as well as previous customer service experience strongly preferred. 10-key is helpful. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma/GED.
