Project Manager, Service Delivery

A company is looking for a Project Manager, Service Delivery with Mandarin fluency required.

Key Responsibilities :

Own and manage the entire delivery process for assigned orders, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery

Coordinate with internal and contracted third-party resources to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines

Regularly communicate with customers, providing clear and consistent updates throughout the delivery life cycle

Qualifications :

Minimum of 5 years experience in the telecommunications industry

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Delivery and / or Project Management

Hands-on experience in VoIP, SDWAN Implementation, and Internet Circuit ordering with carriers

Ability to document dependencies and priorities clearly

Proficient in effectively managing third-party resources
