• 24-hour shifts from 8am - 8am
• 13 patients per 24-hour shift
• Rural critical access hospital medical / surgical unit only
• No APP support
• Occasional inpatient assessment duties with 5 - 6 average census
• Annual ED volume of 5,100 patients
• Sleep room available
• Non-designated trauma facility
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
