Senior Global Supply Manager

The Supply Chain team sits at the intersection of engineering, operations, and strategy, driving resilience, innovation, and scalability in a rapidly evolving semiconductor market.
As a Global Supply Manager CPU & GPU, you'll own the end-to-end sourcing strategy, supplier relationships, and execution plans for CoreWeave's most critical compute components. You will manage global supply for CPUs, GPUs, and accelerators balancing cost, capacity, performance, and risk across a complex ecosystem of OEMs and technology partners. This role requires deep analytical and operational expertise, along with the ability to navigate high-stakes negotiations, constrained supply environments, and evolving infrastructure roadmaps. You'll collaborate closely with Engineering, Hardware Operations, and Finance to ensure supply continuity and scalability as CoreWeave expands its global footprint.

The base salary range for this role is $143,000 to $210,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration.
